Join Sandra Daitch,
Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Licensed Massage Therapist, for a fun, energizing combination of guided interactive laughter exercises, stretching, breathing, self-massage, and guided relaxation. We’ll hear about some of the benefits of laughter, including reducing stress and providing a cardiovascular workout. New exercises, based on participants’ interests, will be developed at the workshop. At the end, we’ll have the opportunity to talk about our experience.
